Web 2.0

As far as I'm concerned the more internet there is the better. Maybe after the web becomes truly inundated with crap websites about god knows what, only people who are actually interested in what it is they're trying to do will be able to find it on the internet. And is this really such a bad thing?

I mean think about it, there has to be a balance at some point right? And maybe that balance is going to end up being: people who use the web for a gain and people who use the web for entertainment. It already seems to be going that way. Most of us already seem to use the internet to keep in touch (which can be pretty entertaining, I mean, have you played Farm Ville?!?!), as well as for entertainment. YouTube, Online Gaming, these two things are fusing the line between entertainment and social networking.

So I say who gives a shit! Give me more blogs about absolutley nothing stored on more and more terabytes, I say terabytes cause I don't know what comes after that, and if someone has a funny picture of a cat and 8,000 other people want to discuss why they think the picture is funny so be it. Maybe it will all help us learn a little bit more about the human experience. Or maybe it's the human experience that we're losing.
